Do candidates need an account?

What about data privacy and candidate consent?
Every interview is gated by an explicit confirmation step where the candidate sees what's about to happen. Transcripts and scores are only visible to members of your organization. Row-level security in the database means no cross-org access -- even our own admin users can't browse your candidate data without explicit access.
Can we integrate with our ATS?
